Requirements:

Create SEO & conversion optimisation strategies

Conduct internal planning meetings and lead the development of A/B & multivariate testing road maps that will lift conversion rates

Analyse results and identify successes, failures and trends and effectively communicate these findings to clients

Create high-quality, comprehensive client deliverables such as project strategy docs, creative briefs and weekly/monthly reports

Troubleshoot and spot existing issues with optimisation test set-ups and present results internally or externally through the production of high quality documentation

Identify and suggest ways to improve efficiencies

Favoured Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an agency with teams
• 2 years of conversion rate optimisation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Expertise in technical optimisation techniques, international and local SEO, keyword research, content creation, link acquisition, A/B and multivariate testing
• Deep understanding of conversion/persuasion best practices and the ability to apply that knowledge to client projects
• Advanced understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and KISSMetrics
• Familiarity with conversion optimisation testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
• Experience with tools like CrazyEgg, Feng-GUI, ClickTale an asset
• Experience with WordPress and/or Magento platforms an asset
• Knowledge of Google Docs and/or Pages/Word an asset
